Step Into the Limelight
After dominating in karting, Max stunned the racing world by becoming the youngest F1 driver in history. As he steps into the limelight, he faces his first test in a show car run in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, with thousands watching.
Training and Certification
Team principal Franz Tost shows Max around the Toro Rosso factory in Faenza to meet the team that will work on his car. After some simulator work, Max gets back behind the wheel at the Adria International Raceway to earn his F1 super license.
Taking Care of Business
Before he can jump to the next level, Max must finish the last two races of the F3 championship. Under the gaze of his parents and ever-increasing media attention, Max races with the same team that launched his father to F1 over 20 years earlier.
The Macao Grand Prix
As his first F1 race approaches, Max trains his body to withstand the rigours of professional driving. Then, in his final race as a junior driver, Max must leave it all out on the track at the world famous invite-only Macau Grand Prix.
Back to His Roots
Max takes time off from his F1 preparations to get back to his roots: go-karting on his home track in Genk, Belgium. On a track steeped in history for the Verstappen family, Max proves that racing runs in his blood.
Teammates and New Cars
Just weeks away from making history, Max meets his new Toro Rosso teammates, including fellow rookie driver Carlos Sainz. Then, at the Misano World Circuit in Italy, Max finally tests his own F1 car.
