Igor Sokolovsky is unexpectedly released from the pre-trial detention center. The case of the assassination attempt on the oligarch Ignatiev is closed, the major returns to the police service. Having entered the inheritance of his father, he plots a financial intrigue against Ignatiev. The unknown leaves the major with a strange message. Acquaintance with Katya helps Sokolovsky not to think about Vika. Danya is furious: Vika, allegedly due to the illness of her sister Anya, is postponing their wedding.

Vicky's department is investigating an accident: a girl fell out of a sixteenth-floor window while taking a selfie. Major finds evidence that the fall was not an accident. Igor and Danya learn that Anya's treatment requires a lot of money, but Vika refuses any help. Katya arranges a surprise for Major, the denouement of which is very alarming.

Zheka, thanks to Major, meets Nina, the daughter of an oligarch. The girl is in awe of Zheka's professional and personal qualities, who helps save her friend from a marriage swindler. Major offers Ignatiev's assistant Yana a dangerous deal. Ignatiev is furious: Sokolovsky becomes a member of the Board of Directors of his company. Igor understands that only one person could leave another message , but he is dead.

Danya shares plans for their happy future with Vika, but there is still attraction between Vika and Major. Yana hurries to meet Major and dies. Sokolovsky is shocked: the killer is Stas, who was buried after dying from an overdose.

Major saves a girl from suicide. This leads Vicki's group to realtors from the guardianship agency. Nina is in love with Zheka and wants to introduce him to her father. Zheka is in a panic - he never communicated with the oligarchs. Jealous of Vika, Danya beats Major, and then comes to Ignatiev...

Vicki's department is investigating the death of a girl who fell victim to her stepbrother's immoderate ambitions. Zheka is horrified: Nina's father demands that he sign a harsh marriage contract. Major makes another move in the business war with Ignatiev. Gingerbread helps Sokolovsky figure out the whereabouts of Stas, but he manages to escape. Vika realizes that Anya is hiding something from her.

Major's acquaintance with Katya's parents comes as a shock to everyone present at the family dinner. After Vicky refuses to take a loan for her sister's treatment, Anya secretly begins to process the deal. To solve a new case, Major commissions his portrait from an eccentric woman artist. Feeling his impunity, Stas kidnaps Vika.

Stas wounds Major, who is trying to help Vika. To prevent the murder of the hostages in the pharmacy, Igor performs a risky operation. Everything goes according to plan, but at the last moment the police lose control of the situation. Zheka intends to part with Nina, but the girl understands what is happening in her own way. Upon learning that Vika canceled the loan, Anya leaves home.

A familiar singer turns to Major: someone systematically brings her to a nervous breakdown. Zheke organizes a bachelor party, during which Dani has to take away her service weapon. Ignatiev easily gets out of a difficult situation, which puts Major's plan in jeopardy. Stas arranges a new provocation, which unexpectedly helps Katya and Major to reconcile.
