The ambassadors travel to Norfolk to stay with Simon and Bobbie at their farmhouse B They learn about English pig-farming, attend a life-sculpting class and join in the ritual Friday night activities at the local pub. Many of the things they see they find very strange, but then they meet Ian, a local rabbit hunter, who takes them ferreting. His connection to life and nature greatly impresses the ambassadors, and leads to a remarkable epiphany in Bobbie's kitchen.

After a run-in with some snow they head to London, which they find full of people who don't smile and seem to be rushing everywhere. But in London they receive a letter inviting them to Windsor to meet HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip. For the five ambassadors, this is the fulfilment of all their hopes.
