Learning that her father took money from Halil, Menekşe directs all her anger towards Halil at first. She thinks that she was sold for the second time, just as Zeynep said. But soon she decides to hear Halil's side. She explains her feelings to Halil who gives her every right to be angry. She decides to face his father.
Halil can no longer tolerate Zeynep. He fires Zeynep from the company, but Zeynep has no intention of leaving. This event causes Mithat and Zeynep to join forces.
Menekşe, who argues with her father at home, is again subjected to his violence. But this time his brothers take her side. Meanwhile the arrival of Hasan's girlfriend from Berlin in Istanbul confuses him. Menekşe goes to Halil's place to return his money.
Mithat wants Commissioner Ömer out of the way and makes a plan that involves Aysel and Lale in order to get rid of him. Zeynep, who is trying to prevent Halil from buying her out of the Company, decides to help Mithat to seize the memory box, where Halil's big secret is hidden.
Not realizing he is entering Halil's house, Mustafa follows the order of Mithat's goons to steal the box. Inside, he realizes he is in Halil's house and seeing the envelope full of money he takes that too along with the box. Menekşe steps out of the bathroom and gets a glimpse of Mustafa leaving the apartment.
