Toha and Kei are assigned to protect a princess from an assassination attempt by the Sorcerer Clan.

Ryu approaches Toha to sacrifice their Board piece to the Sorcerer Clan in exchange for saving Rei, with Baron Owl also in pursuit of the key to Pako.

A trip to Yokohama leads Toha to face against the Sorcerer Clan and ninja assassins from Hong Kong targeting him.

While trying to figure how to deal with Demost, Jiraiya must also face the resurgent Sorcerer Clan who is now joined by the powerful Madam Spider.

Touha and the Yamaji work to shut down a Sorcerer Clan ninja school set up by Madame Spider to turn children into Karasutengu servants.

Touha is lead by a girl who claims she can lead him to Pako, even as various World Ninja try to stop them.

A discovery by Benitokage forces Touha to face against the rival sword of Jikkou Shinkuuken, which Demost wishes to regain.

The Yamaji take in a woman who resembles their mother, unknowing of her being used by a ninja spy.

When Touha is blinded by a powerful light-manipulating ninja, he journeys to gain a cure and is befriended by a girl living on her own in nature.

Rocketman is double-crossed by the Sorcerer Clan to assist in attacking Jiraiya and Jiraishin in order to save his daughter from their grip.

Oruha is drawn once again into combat when Madame Spider forces him to assassinate Touha or lose his sister.

Henry Rakuchin is manipulated by Demost into spreading lies regarding the Yamaji possessing Pako for themselves, turning their friends and the World Ninja against them.

A young girl Manabu likes uses him to head to Mount Kongo, where her father is being taken by the Sorcerer Clan in a plot to destroy Jiraishin.

A mysterious earthquake and the approach of a long-lost planet lead the Yamaji and Rei back to Mt. Kongo, where the truth of the mysterious Pako is finally revealed.

As Jiraiya and Demost have their final showdown, Touha must choose to make an ultimate sacrifice to save Earth while the Sorcerer Clan makes its final move for Pako.

After completing Pako's final wish, Toha must settle one final score with Dokusai in order to finally bring an end to the long, hard ninja conflict.
