Lt. Disher and Captain Stottlemeyer capture a "Most Wanted", Columbian criminal, Miguel Escobar, who's wanted for drug trafficking crimes in multiple states, and arrest him for a local homicide. Escobar is notorious for escaping custody, so Stottlemeyer must take extra precautions to ensure that this does not happen while Escobar is in his custody. Captain Stottlemeyer learns that the US Attorney General is ordering him to turn over Escobar to the Federal Government, and is to do nothing more than detain their prisoner until the hand-off, following an extradition hearing. This takes place in the same courthouse where, much to his dismay, Mr. Monk is unable to talk his way out of jury duty, and finds himself forced to hear the case of a robbery/stabbing of a man out to make a bank deposit. During the course of deliberating the robbery case, however, Monk is inadvertently pulled into the Escobar saga.

The Floor
The Floor is a physical quiz show that sees 81 contestants face off in quiz duels on a giant LED floor divided into a 9×9 grid of squares, each representing its own field of knowledge.
The first challenger, selected at random, must choose one of his or her neighboring opponents to go head-to-head in an epic quiz duel in the opponent's category. The winner takes over the loser's square, gaining valuable ground as they expand their territory, while the loser exits the game. The winner must then choose – do they continue on and attempt to secure another square? Or do they let The Floor choose a new challenger? The last contestant standing who gains full control over The Floor takes home a life-changing $250,000 cash prize.

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
