Marine biologist Monty Halls returns to the Hebrides to work as a volunteer wildlife ranger. He and his dog Reuben share a restored crofter's cottage on the island of North Uist.
Episode 2
Serious adventure beckons for marine biologist and professional diver Monty Halls when he gets to go on a boat trip to the islands known as the 'edge of the world', St Kilda.
Episode 3
Monty has begun to restore walking trails that have been abandoned for years, but he needs to raise several thousand pounds to pay for marker posts and trail guides.
Episode 4
Monty takes a trip down to the island of Barra, where he helps to establish a new walking trail and organise a training course for volunteer whale-watchers.
Episode 5
To help open up the islands to tourists, Monty is writing a guide book to a series of trails. He investigates the Bonnie Prince Charlie route on horseback and also visits Vatersay.
Episode 6
Marine biologist Monty Halls works as a ranger in the Hebrides. He recruits a graphic designer and sets out to raise enough money to pay for a big print run of the trail guides.

A League of Their Own is a British sports-based comedy panel game that was first broadcast on Sky 1 on 11 March 2010. It is hosted by Gavin and Stacey star James Corden and features Andrew Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp as team captains. John Bishop and Georgie Thompson were regular panellists for the first four series alongside two weekly guests. Jack Whitehall joined the cast as a regular panellist from the fifth series onwards.
