Dishes include: a Fruit Salad Fattoush, Ginger Rice with Spicy Chickpeas, Avocado Pasta with Peas and Mint; and mouth-watering Carrot Cake Pakoras with Cream Cheese Dip.
Nadiya's quest to find the best homemade pasta in Britain takes her to Derby, where she meets pasta fanatic Lynn (pictured right), while her love of all things spicy lands her in a herb garden with spice expert Roopa.

Nadiya Hussain shares tasty and nourishing recipes that will bring a smile to everyone's face. Episode four caters for ‘manic weekdays' with quick yet delicious recipes.
Dishes include Mango and Lime Lassi Bircher (pictured); a super-quick spin on Prawn Toast; Seafood Crumble and a speedy and simple Apple Rocky Road recipe.
Nadiya's love for the simplicity of cereal takes her to the world's first cereal café in London, and her appreciation for bread sees her meet passionate baker Heather and the members of her Bread Baking Club.

People to Stay
In this episode, Nadiya Hussain is bringing us dishes that are perfect for when you have people over to stay.
Recipes include the perfect breakfast treat for guests, Mocha Swirls, crowd-pleasing Piccalilli Macaroni Cheese, a hearty Grapefruit Chicken Stew with Couscous and a Half a Pear Crumble pudding that will impress the pickiest of guests!
Nadiya's quest to discover more about chillies takes her to Earlsfield where she meets self-confessed chilli geek, George. She explores her love-hate relationship with coffee at the London Coffee Festival, where Nadiya meets latte art champion Dhan and coffee expert Dale.

Wind Down Weekends
Nadiya Hussain demonstrates how to create the perfect dishes to complement any kind of day. Nadiya makes smokey spinach shakshuka, a quick and easy squid risotto, Nadiya's family twist on Sunday lunch and an orange and coffee poke cake that is so tasty the kids will demolish it before the weekend is over!

Unexpected Guests
In the seventh episode, Unexpected Guests, Nadiya shares recipes that are ideal for when a flock of hungry faces appear at your door unexpectedly.
Dishes include: Quick and easy Radish Ceviche with Avocado and Toasted Sourdough, fast-food favourite Chaat in a Bag, Wheat Escalopes with Hazelnut Mash and Pink Pickled Onions, plus Caramel Soda Bread that's perfect to tear and share.
Nadiya's love for fudge takes her to Wiltshire where sheet meets fudge fanatic Jen, and she also visits The Vinegar Shed in London with vinegar experts Andy and Angela.

Treat Days
In the final episode of the series, Nadiya Hussain includes recipes that are perfect for ‘treat days' where we allow ourselves to truly indulge.
Dishes include: Ham and Cheese Crown, creamy Spinach and Paneer Kati Rolls, a fluffy Chicken and Rice bake and a truly sweet treat - sticky Syrup Sponge Balls.
Nadiya's quest to make the perfect rice takes her to a laboratory in Bristol where she meets food scientist Dr Stuart. She also wants to understand more about where our honey comes from, so Nadiya visits beekeeper, Robert, in Hassocks for her first taste of raw honey.
