Nashville house flipper, Troy Shafer, renovates homes in historic communities throughout Nashville, Tennessee. Reviving historic homes is as important to Troy as is accomplishing a financially sound flip. As with many of the old homes he acquires there are always unforeseen challenges, because one never really knows what one has until they begin pulling back the years of neglect. Facing all those challenges and more, Troy calls upon designer friend, Julie Couch, to help rebuild the once grand 1939 minimal traditional home. The two story three bedroom, two bath home will be transformed into a three bedroom three bath dream cottage making this home a showpiece for both Troy and Juli.
