At least 18 people were injured when a Delta Regional Jet appeared to overturn on landing in Toronto. All 80 aboard were evacuated, NBC's Tom Costello on the just-beginning investigation. The death toll from weekend flooding in Kentucky rose again Monday as more storms lineup behind the region. But Ukrainian officials will not be there, and President Volodymr Zelenskyy says no deal can be reached without their input. Nearly 300 FAA employees were terminated this weekend, according to a union that represents some employees there.
