Victoria asks Margit to come to drinks with the Next Step team after work, but things get awkward when she brings an uninvited guest.

Meanwhile, Matt's client only has one day in the city to find an apartment, and he'll stop at nothing to close the deal before her train leaves the station.

The brokers are tired of tip-toeing around Blair and Margit, but when one of the Next Steppers leaks how the office really feels about their relationship, the whole team finds out it's not wise to cross the boss' girlfriend.

In a last minute push to win the bonus, all the agents hustle to rent the exclusives. The winner of the bonus is finally announced and it brings about tension that explodes during the after party.
