The story of a new project came from Honjo (Katsunori Takahashi) to Doi (Honami Suzuki). It is to create the best environment for working moms! It was a project of 'Warmama Promotion Project'.
Doi selects a young Ririka (Nao Minamisawa) to be in charge of the 'Warmama Promotion Project'.
Doi was looking forward to the motivated Ririka. However, Ririka suddenly appealed to the personnel department when she was 'power harassed' by a middle-aged man in the same department, Yoshizawa (Mitsuhiro Sakamoto), without consulting Doi. Doi, who was called by General Manager Kimura (Kenta Satoi), was told to solve the problem by saying, 'Can women do something better?'
