Our Dining Table - Season 1

While having lunch alone, Hozumi accidentally meets the cheerful brothers Minoru and Tane, and the three of them get together to make rice balls over a holiday.

Since the original plans to make curry were canceled because Tane suddenly got a fever, Yutaka nevertheless decides to go to the brothers' house to show he cares.

In order to make Tane's wish of going to the zoo and eating a lunchbox come true, Yutaka seeks the help of a coworker to teach him how to make boxed lunches.

While at the supermarket getting groceries with Minoru and Tane, Yutaka runs into his brother, and Minoru realizes that things aren't all rosy with Yutaka.

When Minoru and Yutaka happen to meet each other in the supermarket, the two of them decide to make a special meal together to lift their low spirits.

Yutaka agrees to have a Christmas celebration with the two brothers, but on the day-of he gets a fever and is unable to make it.

After recovering from his illness, Yutaka and the two brothers have Christmas together. During the get-together, Yutaka talks about his childhood.

Minoru reveals that he actually met Yutaka a long time ago, leading to a slightly awkward situation between them.

With the New Year coming, Yutaka makes a trip back to his family home. Meanwhile, Minoru's dad seems to know that there's something happening between his older son and Yutaka.

Yutaka is uneasy around Minoru, fearing their separation. Meanwhile, Minoru's dad plans a special meal for Yutaka.
