In the first episode of the series, civil enforcement officers in Portsmouth are watching errant drivers. Elsewhere the blue badge investigator looks for drivers using stolen, forged or fradulent disabled parking passes.
Episode 2
In the second episode of the series, we are in the Seaside town of Whitby. The council have introduced new parking measures that many drivers find very confusing. In Dewsbury and Huddersfield, the cameras follow Lily - she is coming out of the parking office, and for the very first time putting on her yellow vest and taking to the streets. She will be on the front-line of civil enforcement - how will she fare?
Episode 3
In the series finale, Civil Enforcement Officers are patrolling the small city of Hereford. The officers begin to witness some rather unexpected behaviour. In Derby, car-less Mrs Gilby has devoted her life to keeping the residents' car part clear of unwanted visitors. Elsewhere it is back in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal who have seen and heard a wide variety of parking problems. The people of the Tribunal offer their thoughts on the cases they encountered.

Hollywood Squares
Hollywood Squares involves two contestants who play tic-tac-toe to win money and prizes. The "board" for the game is a vertical stack of open-faced cubes, each occupied by a celebrity seated at a desk and facing the contestants. The celebrities are asked questions and the contestants judge the legitimacy of their answers to win the game.
