Жертвами черных риелторов становятся несколько стариков, у которых мошенники отобрали жилье. Но очередной жертве удается, даже будучи раненым, ускользнуть от негодяев. Об этом узнает Глеб. Черные риелторы обрабатывают пожилую алкоголичку Клаву Мирову, убеждая ее подписать документы на продажу дома. Но приходит муж Клавы Сергей и выгоняет мошенников. Но они возвращаются и предлагают выпить «мировую». Хозяин дома выпивает и… погружается в глубокий сон. Преступники убивают Клаву, а нож вкладывают в руку спящего Сергея.
