During the Kalos League finals, Ash battles Alain in a much-anticipated battle.

The Kalos League Final continues and it is getting tense. With Alain just having Bisharp and Charizard left, Ash has the upper hand with Goodra, Pikachu and Greninja still in reserve. With Pikachu already worn out after taking out Tyranitar and Metagross, it may not last long. Who will emerge triumphant in this battle and become the Kalos League Champion?

The Kalos League is over and Team Flare have begun their onslaught, throwing Lumiose City into panic. Ash & Alain head to the Prism Tower to see who is behind it, but Team Flare appear in front of them with their eyes set on Ash. Lysandre also begins to explain his actions to the population of the city. Will Ash & Alain be able to save the city?

Team Flare's plan is coming to fruition. Ash has been captured by Lysandre and Squishy has transformed into its 50% Forme in order to try and help Z2. Serena, having bumped into Mairin, goes to help Mairin recover her Chespin from Team Flare while Bonnie goes to follow Squishy. However, Team Flare are still nearby and have their eyes set on Squishy. Will they be able to stop Team Flare?

The fate of Kalos depends on the outcome of Team Flare's plans; the team is doing its best.

Bonnie and Clemont have managed to stop the Zygarde rampage, and the Lumiose City Gym is liberated, but as the gang regroups to think the incident is over, the Megalith that Lysandre, Alain and Steven recovered in Hoenn starts to transform, and it even absorbs Mairin's Chespin. The Megalith soon starts to head off somewhere. Will Ash & Co. be able to stop it?

The Megalith is advancing and the entire world is at stake. With everyone helping open the way, it's up to Ash and Alain to get into the Megalith to rescue Mairin's Chespin. Stopping the Megalith isn't easy and all the gym leaders come to aid. However, soon after the fight begins, Squishy and Z2 work together and begin to transform into Complete Forme Zygarde. Will the combination of Zygarde, the Gym Leaders, Sycamore, Diantha, Malva and Ash & Co. be able to save the world?

Team Flare's plan has been thwarted by Ash & Co. and the Gym Leaders of the region, and it is time to rebuild as Lumiose City gradually returns to normal. Clemont works on rebuilding Clembot, but is disheartened to learn that it has no memories of the past. When a trainer returns to the gym for a rematch against Clembot, Clemont is unsure if it's a wise course of action due to the memory loss. Will the challenge be accepted and will the trainer win the badge?

As Lumiose City is being rebuilt following Team Flare's antics, Serena decides to organise a Pokémon Showcase to cheer up the residents of the city. While doing the Showcase, she starts to feel something when she sees the joy she brings to the residents. Undecided on what to do next, with Ash returning to the Kanto Region, she soon inexplicably finds herself in a battle against Ash. Will she be able to defeat her friend and what will she decide to do next?

Ash and the others came back at the wetlands and after saying goodbye to Goodra, they run into the plants that were raging wildly during the Team Flare incident, but manage to drive them back with help from Ash-Greninja. But then Team Flare scientist Xerosic returns and abducts Clemont. After officially winning, they reunite with Squishy and Zygarde, who needs Greninja's powers, leaving Ash to choose for Greninja's destiny.

The time has come. Ash, Serena, Clemont and Bonnie are going their separate ways after their journey through the Kalos region. Promising to meet again one day, as they go to board their flights, Dedenne runs away. As it is young, it doesn't want to say goodbye. Can Bonnie find Dedenne in time? In the interim, Clemont challenges Ash to one final battle to bring their journey full circle. Who will win?
