Fasten your seatbelts for today's episode as a high-performance motor smashes its way through rural Nottinghamshire leaving a trail of carnage across the county. The driver's rammed a cop car and his risking innocent lives on the roads has put him firmly on the list of Nott's most wanted. Now he's heading towards the city, and time is running out to get the runaway sports car stopped safely. After giving local units the runaround, it's up to Gav and Macca to intercept with some tactical contact, forcing a baby-faced driver to surrender. Meanwhile, the countywide ANPR system leaves a trail of breadcrumbs for Nottinghamshire's knife crime team when it picks up a cross-county criminal with previous for failing to stop. They quickly race to cut off any chance of escape. In St Ann's, it's friends re-united when Gav spots a familiar face. The suspected drug dealer claims to be living in his car, but the team find a set of house keys. The interceptors, ready to call his bluff, search an address nearby which turns up a grand's worth of weed and weapons. Jen and the team intercept a driver who gave cops the slip earlier in the day. It turns out that he blows almost twice the drink drive limit, but that's not the only issue… Finally, Macca and Jon apprehend a shoplifter red ‘meat' handed when he tries to leg it from M&S. Fast, furious and occasionally funny, it's another wild ride with Nott's finest in an allnew Police Interceptors.
