Episode 1
Return of the documentary following Gloucestershire police officers keeping the peace during the night shift, beginning as they deal with the consequences of thousands of racegoers attending the annual Cheltenham festival. Drinking all day and into the night leads to trouble, fights start to break out, and a disoriented woman is found asleep in a car.

Episode 2
Sgt Gladwin stops a car that is reportedly being driven dangerously in a built-up area and after the officer takes a drug swab, the driver tries to make a run for it and a struggle takes place. Officers from the Road Policing Unit look out for occupants of a car believed to be responsible for a break-in at an illegal cannabis factory, where the thieves may have made off with £60,000 pounds worth of plants.

Episode 3
Gloucestershire officers face large-scale public disorder in Cheltenham's Eastgate Street club district in the early hours of the morning. Fights break out all over the area and police come under attack as they desperately try to regain control and restore order, with all available units called in and an emergency declared.

Episode 4
Road policing officer Sgt Gladwin and PC Hammond are called out when a van with a trailer crashes on a motorway on the Avon and Somerset border. There is debris all over the road threatening the lives of unsuspecting motorists coming up at speed towards the metal panels strewn across the carriageway in the dark.

Episode 5
Roads policing officer PC Merchant is called in from the West Mercia force to assist in stopping a car believed to be stolen and running false plates on the M5 and puts out a stinger to try and burst the tyres. Elsewhere, PC Shields teams up with fellow dog handler PC Shields to try to find a man involved in a fight who ran off.

Episode 6
The first call of the night for the Gloucestershire officers is to an RTC in the rural country lanes, where the driver has misjudged a corner and her car has landed on its roof. Meanwhile, a call comes through to control from a member of public about suspected snakes abandoned in pillowcases at the side of the road, and response officers spot a driver in town driving erratically.

Episode 7
Officers a hunt for a car linked to an Albanian organised crime gang, which leads to large quantities of drugs found concealed inside the body of the vehicle. A sinister hooded man is reported behaving threateningly towards young women, and police also intervene in a family dispute as a father worries about a young man his daughter has met.

Episode 8
Roads Policing Officer PC Merchant is on patrol on the M5 when he spots a man driving while watching something on his phone, and pulls the driver over. Neighbourhood Policing Officer PC Hayes is called to a local park when a member of the public complains about a man injecting himself with drugs in full view of the public.
