Episode 2
Katie Derham presents Proms Extra, the weekly Proms magazine show that takes a look at all things Proms during the current season.
This week the focus is on Vaughan Williams' The Lark Ascending, taken from the Ten Pieces II Prom aimed at older school children, and the haunting spirituals from Tippett's A Child Of Our Time.
Plus David Owen Norris hits another Chord of the Week.
Episode 3
Proms Extra, the Proms companion show, returns this evening with a look at Mahler's Third Symphony, the David Bowie Prom and a nod to Shakespeare's anniversary with Berlioz's choral symphony, Romeo and Juliet.
Episode 4
For one night only Katie Derham presents Proms Extra from the Royal Albert Hall to warm up the audience for a night of Gershwin, courtesy of the John Wilson Orchestra.
With her guests she'll be taking a look at the highlights from Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto and Holst's Planets. David Owen Norris presents Chord of the Week.

This episode of Proms Extra, presented by Katie Derham, looks at Rachmaninov, shows the John Wilson Orchestra performing Gershwin and visits the Proms at Shakespeare's Globe.

The weekly Proms magazine show, presented by Katie Derham. A touch of Brazil hits Proms Extra as the Sao Paulo Symphony Orchestra is discussed alongside the Quincy Jones Prom and a memorised Mozart symphony. Katie Derham's guests include Venezuelan pianist Gabriela Montero and Quincy Jones Prom conductor Jules Buckley.
