After navigating two renovations on their own, the couple is reluctant to take on a fixer-upper. And that's when the Property Brothers step in with a plan. First, it's up to Drew to negotiate a deal on a family property with great bones and then it's up to Jonathan to put the reno-phobic couple at ease.
