Chef Jet Tila cooks up some easy comfort classics. He kicks things off with one of his favorite dishes that is deceptively simple -- Lo Mein. Then, Jet heads to a local market to pick out the perfect pineapple for Pineapple Fried Rice.
Chinese Cuisines: Sichuan and Dim Sum
Chef Jet Tila leads a culinary tour across China as he makes two popular dishes from two different regions. First up, he prepares Dim Sum Sew Mai Dumplings in a steamer for an authentic restaurant experience. Then, Jet whips up some Sichuan Dan Dan Noodles packed with umami ingredients to make these noodles irresistible.
Northern Thai Favorites
The northern region of Thailand is home to some of Chef Jet Tila's favorite hearty and savory dishes. He starts things off with a creamy Chicken Khao Soi, a curry noodle dish that he grew up making with his family. Then, he whips up a mouthwatering Northern Thai Pork Belly Curry that pairs perfectly with rice.
Japanese Favorites
From street food to fine dining, Japanese cuisine is taking over the American food scene, and Chef Jet Tila makes it easy to bring it into the home kitchen. There are many styles of Sukiyaki across Asia, and Jet's version includes wagyu beef, shirataki noodles and a medley of vegetables. Then, Jet cooks up some Oyako Donburi, the ultimate rice bowl that incorporates premium soy sauce, kombu, sake and mirin to give it that strong umami flavor.
Craveable Thai Favorites
Nothing beats Thai food when it comes to takeout, but ordering out regularly can get expensive. Chef Jet Tila whips up two popular Thai classics that are easy to make from home. He starts off with Panang Curry, which just so happens to be Ali's favorite dish. Then, Jet whips up a late night street food staple beloved by the drunk patrons of Bangkok, Drunken Noodles.
Irresistible Chicken Dishes
Chicken gets a bad rap as boring or bland, but Chef Jet Tila's chicken recipes are savory, unctuous and sticky. He whips up two world-famous chicken dishes that prove just how delicious chicken can be, starting with mouthwatering Thai BBQ Chicken paired with Papaya Salad. Then, Jet moves on to what is considered Taiwan's national dish -- Three Cup Chicken.

Dark Matter
Hailed as one of the best sci-fi novels of the decade, Dark Matter is a story about the road not taken. Bob's Burgers
The series follows Bob who runs Bob's Burgers, with the help of his wife and their three kids. Bob has big ideas about burgers, but the rest of the clan falls short on service. Despite the greasy counters and lousy location, the Belchers are determined to make every "Grand Re-Re-Re-opening" a success. Bob's wife, Linda, stands by her man and often does so by bursting into song. Their eldest daughter, 13-year-old Tina has a slight obsession with boys and zombies. Middle child Gene is an aspiring musician with a thirst for life. Louise is the bunny ears-wearing youngest daughter with an off-kilter sense of humor that makes her somewhat of a liability in the kitchen – and with the public.
