Season 1
The interaction of four adult sisters---the Sorelli siblings---an intelligent and quirky group living in Manhattan, who, despite their differences, are best friends. They all have a say in other's lives, which sometimes is great and sometimes not so good.

Ginnie has mixed feelings about her unexpected pregnancy, while Anne faces the end of a long-term relationship. Elsewhere, Marjee is having apartment problems, and Rose switches college majors from premed to experimental theater.

Hang in There, Baby
Ginnie prepares a list of all the things she wants to do in the 34 weeks before her baby is due; and breaking up is hard to do for Anne, especially since Danny is never around long enough to work out the logistics of ending their relationship. Elsewhere, Marjee moves in with her dad and is annoyed immediately by his perky fiancée, while Rose's first day of classes finds her interested in the theater department's self-assured heartthrob.

Cry Me a Sister
Ginnie is in a lose-lose position when the sisters have her counsel Anne, herself a therapist, on post-Danny breakup issues, while Marjee deals with a problem boss who's making her life miserable. Elsewhere, Rose gets mocked in acting class by her image-conscious roommate.

Hello, Deli
The sisters help out at their father's deli in Brooklyn for a "just like old times" weekend. That means there's lots of bickering, especially between Ginnie and Marjee, who's planning a big Halloween blowout while Joe and Renee are on a romantic getaway. Meanwhile, Anne decides to act on her attraction to a sexy sausage maker named Marco, and Rose considers going back to premed.

The Naked Truth
Bob is obsessively concerned about Ginnie's prenatal health; Anne is annoyed to find that some of her family members have remained in close contact with Danny; Marjee deals with a new living situation involving her boss's boyfriend; and Rose lands her first acting gig in a play written by and starring hunky Alex.

Sex and the Sisters
Anne has a hard time finding a suitable date for the upcoming nuptials of a childhood friend whose wedding reception is being planned by Marjee; Ginnie, whose hormones are raging, is ordered by her doctor not to have sex for two weeks; and Rose gets hot and heavy with Alex.

Francesca
The Sorelli sisters band together to keep Renee from making any changes to the treasured family traditions they associate with Thanksgiving, a holiday that reminds them of their dearly departed mom. Meanwhile, Anne's romantic fling with Zach leaves her confused.

Driving Miss Crazy
Bob's dream of owning a brand new automobile seems to hinge on Marjee's ability to teach Ginnie how to drive Jason's wreck of a car. Elsewhere, Anne's put in an awkward position when Joe asks her to play close confidante to Renee; and Rose deals with jealous feelings between her best guy friend, Joel, and her new boyfriend, Alex.

Have Yourself a Sorelli Little Christmas
Anxious Yuletide moments find Ginnie at odds with Bob's snooty English mom, Renee coping with a secret she kept from Joe, and Marjee still enthralled with Jason, despite his involvement with Trish.

The Godmother
Ginnie and Bob can't agree on who should be the godmother of their child; Ginnie wants Anne, but her recent behavior concerns Bob. Meanwhile, Joe asks Marjee to plan his wedding to Renee and Rose comes to a decision regarding Joel and Alex.

London Calling
Ginnie learns that Bob is working with an ex-girlfriend, while Anne sends Marco to Danny for a business deal. Elsewhere, Marjee insists Jason tell Trish it's over, and Rose confronts Joel about his sudden attitude adjustment.

Daddy's Little Girl
Anne struggles with her true feelings for Marco, while Marjee falls apart over Jason. Rose invites Alex to a family dinner that doesn't go as planned, and Ginnie is self-conscious with Bob's pretty former girlfriend in the house.

Not Without My Daughter
Ginnie is ordered to stay in bed, possibly for the remainder of her pregnancy. She is upset that she'll miss Joe's wedding as a result, and Bob's attempts to fix the situation only make it worse. Meanwhile, Anne and Danny slowly reconnect, while Alex and Rose suddenly fall apart.

Here's a Balloon for You
A medical emergency brings the whole Sorelli clan together. Meanwhile, Anne and Danny reconnect, but a secret revealed may end things before they get started; and Rose and Marjee reunite with men from their pasts, but with different results.

Sisters Are Forever
Marjee and Jason hit a snag in their new business when they cannot get any vendors to work for them due to a threat from Trish. Elsewhere, Bob is at a loss as to how to keep Ginnie from drifting away, while Anne tries too hard to keep Danny close and Rose realizes she must distance herself from Joel.

His Name is Ruth
As Ginnie's birthday approaches, Bob is frantic to find the perfect gift, so Anne decides to help. Chloe decides to trust Rose, and Marjee learns that trusting is easier said than done with Jason. Meanwhile, Ginnie bonds with a lost dog and is reluctant to return it to the proper owners.

The Cape
Bob and Ginnie try to reconnect and accept an invitation from Joe to spend the weekend at Patrick's Cape Cod bed-and-breakfast, a romantic trip that flops when Joe announces he wants to move there and sell the deli. Meanwhile, Rose tries to deny her feelings for Joel and keep her distance, but ends up at his birthday party; and Jason ends up at Anne's place after he is kicked out of his apartment.

The Move
The sisters help Joe pack for his move to Cape Cod and find mementos of their mother---including a love letter from Marjee's piano teacher. Meanwhile, Rose attempts to fix things between Joel and Chloe, and Bob considers a job that will take him on tour with Kylie, but Ginnie does not want him to leave.
