With their hotel business bustling, Bryan and Sarah Baeumler decide it's time to relocate to Wellington, Florida, and begin renovations on their new home.

Half Baked
The Baeumlers attempt to live in half of their new Florida home while they start renovations but quickly realize they need to find other living accommodations. Also, Bryan examines the hangar while Sarah focuses on the pool area and landscaping.

Middle Man
Bryan heads to the Bahamas with a surprise guest to tackle off-season projects at the hotel. Then, Sarah begins to define the next chapter of her business while she and Bryan continue to work on their new home.

Flight Path
While Bryan completes last minute projects at the hotel, Sarah focuses on finishing her new office space. Then, the Baeumlers butt heads over their Florida landscape budget, and Bryan decides to take a solo vacation while the family is mid-renovation!

Wheeling and Dealing
While keeping up with the hotel, Bryan and Sarah focus on their Florida projects but aren't seeing eye to eye as they continue to divide labor between the house and Sarah's office. Also, the new RV gets some use and Sarah's completed office is revealed.

Flying Colors
With the Florida home nowhere near completion, Sarah and Bryan fight to make living accommodations work. Also, Bryan's parents pay a visit and work continues on the hangar and the girl's bedrooms, and Bryan checks something off his bucket list!

Hang Time
The family takes a quick trip to the Bahamas to check on the resort. And in Florida, work continues on the girl's bedrooms and a scheduling snafu with the hangar adds stress to the Baeumlers' already strained living arrangement.

Upwardly Mobile
Sarah and Bryan spend some time on the island and face a big decision as they discuss what lies ahead for the hotel and their family. Also, the Florida home makes headway when the girl's bedrooms are revealed.

Growing Up Baeumler
With their own home still a long way from completion, the Baeumlers add another project to their list by purchasing a vacation rental. Also, Bryan and Sarah face a big decision when an offer is made on the resort.

Open Lines
Tensions rise as Bryan and Sarah continue to run into delays on their home renovation, however, the laundry room is completed and revealed. Also, the rental home is ready to hit the market after a quick facelift, and Bryan celebrates his birthday.

Keys Please
A quick trip to the Florida Keys helps the burnt out Baeumlers, and progress is made as walls go up on the addition and windows are installed, but the family still can't move in. With the RV getting to be too much, new living accommodations are found.

Pool Slide
Bryan stops by the island to check on things before turning his attention to Sarah's vision for their living room. Also, progress is made on the landscaping and pool, but an approaching storm could cause major problems and delay the project even further.

Holding Down the Fort
Bryan and Sarah stop by the resort to check with the team before the kids go to camp for summer break. Also, Bryan heads up to Canada for a pre-scheduled job, leaving Sarah on her own to lead the Florida home renovation that's way behind schedule.

The Kids are Alright
With a lot of work still to be done on the interior and exterior of the Florida home, Bryan and Sarah make a bet on if she can get the pool completed in five weeks. Also, Quintyn finally gets his fish tank and the boy's bedrooms and bathroom are revealed.

Kitchen Party
The Baeumlers are in the home stretch to complete their Florida home as Bryan gets help to make progress in the kitchen, but the team is held back with an electrical problem. Also, Sarah chooses the kitchen countertops, plus a surprise yard addition.

Move In Day
As Bryan and Sarah rush to finish their new Florida home, they look back at their construction journey. The final landscaping is completed in just days, and Bryan and Sarah walk through the finished home and reveal their living spaces and bedroom.
