When a young couple's newborn son is stolen from the hospital, Brett suspects a baby-snatching ring, so Mac and Maria pose as hospital volunteers while Eddie and Stacey go undercover as a childless couple to lure out the kidnappers.
Dead Certain
While jogging in the park, Stacey witnesses a brutal murder, but when the police find no body or other evidence of a crime, even Stacey's friends question whether she imagined the whole thing, leading her to take the dangerous step of investigating another club's suspicious after-hours activities on her own.

Annie's charming ex-fiance is accused of rape by one of the regular customers at Robin's Nest. Meanwhile, Mac's family lawyer shows up and asks her to sign some documents that make her suspect the legitimacy of her wealthy parents' business practices.

Annie sees her new boyfriend being kidnapped, but then finds out from his aunt that it could be a hoax. Eddie tries to help but is injured, and then meets an attractive nurse during his time in the hospital.
Double or Nothing
A costumed murder-mystery party ends with a real murder, and Eddie is the prime suspect, while Mac is romantically attracted to the investigating police detective.
Bad Girl
Brett agrees to provide temporary refuge at the club for a stock-fraud witness, but the unpleasant woman quickly wears out her welcome. Meanwhile, Brett gets some startling news from her doctor.
The Pawn
Mac's eyewitness testimony could determine if the right person gets put away for the killing of a local restaurant owner, so she is put into protective custody by Detective Carpenter.
