RuPaul's Drag Race: All Stars - All Seasons

Season 1
RuPaul's Drag Race All-Stars is an all-star spin-off of RuPaul's Drag Race. The first season premiered on the Logo network on October 22, 2012. Cast members were announced on August 6, 2012.
The show featured twelve returning contestants representing all four previous seasons for a chance to be inducted into the "Drag Race Hall of Fame". This series aired six hour-length episodes. Contestants were judged on their "Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve and Talent" and, since they competed in teams of two, also 'Synergy'. The winner of this season, Chad Michaels, received a supply of MAC cosmetics, a "one of a kind trip," and a cash prize of $100,000. The theme song playing during the runway every episode was "Sexy Drag Queen" (dootdoot Remix).


Season 2
RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 2, also known as All Stars 2, is the second season of the All Star spin-off of RuPaul's Drag Race. On June 17th, 2016, the cast was announced. The official trailer announced a new twist to this season of All-Stars: the top two queens in each challenge will have to "lip-sync for their legacy". The queen who wins that lip-sync will receive the opportunity to eliminate a fellow queen. It premiered on the Logo network on August 25th, 2016, at 8 pm.


Season 3
The season premiered on January 25, 2018 on VH1. The filming of the series was said to start on July 28th and ended in late August. The season was first officially teased across social media on Friday, October 13, 2017, with the official cast being revealed as an hour-long TV special, hosted by RuPaul, on Friday, October 20, on VH1.


Season 4
The renewal of Rupaul's Drag Race All Stars for Season 4 was officially announced on August 22, 2018, on social media. The official cast was announced was on November 9th, 2018, along with the season premiere date of December 14, 2018. For the first time, there were two winners of a single season. The winners of this All Stars season were Monét X Change and Trinity The Tuck. Both winners received their own set of Fierce Drag Jewels crown and scepter, a year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics, and $100,000 each.


Season 5
Season 5 of RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars was officially announced on August 19, 2019, via Social Media and VH1's Press Website. The press-release noted that this season will feature the "franchise's most notable queens to prove to Mama Ru why they deserve the crown and a coveted spot in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.
The official trailer announced a new twist to this season of All Stars: the Top All Star of the Week will lip sync for her legacy against a Lip Sync Assassin from a previous season; if the All Star wins the lip sync, she'll get the power to eliminate a fellow queen, if the Assassin wins, the eliminated queen will be determined after a majority vote by the rest of the contestants, and the $10,000 tip rolls over to further episodes, until an All Star queen wins a lip sync.
Concluding the run of All Stars 5, Shea Couleé was inducted into the Drag Race Hall of Fame. She received a custom crown and scepter from Fierce! Drag Jewels, a cash prize of $100,000, and a year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics.

RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 7 has assembled the most powerful cast in her-story, with the franchise's first all-winners season reuniting past champions for a spectacular contest to crown the "Queen of All Queens".


Season 8
In this new season, 12 fan-favorite queens will return for a chance to compete for a spot in the "Drag Race Hall of Fame" along with a cash prize of $200,000.


Season 9
In this new season, eight fan-favorite queens return to use their drag superpowers for good, competing to win a supersized donation of $200,000, provided by The Palette Fund, for a charity of their choosing.
