The new trouble came to the settlement of Zagibalovo which became a scene of action of several series of "Horror stories": to them carry for burial waste from Mexico. Journalists come to the rescue of the friends from "zone". Together with them they will organize a cordon on tank transits with waste. However artful representatives of the interested firm and selling heads of area manage to discredit journalists and to convince the population of safety of waste. The tank comes to Zagibalovsky chemical plant. However for speculators and bribe takers it appears Pyrrhic victory: the tank was not tight, and contact with the Mexican substance has an effect in the most unexpected way.
