But the amount of work that needs to get done in order to make it marketable to renters is too much for Mark and Michael. Scott and Debra get to work and create a gorgeous open concept space with a new kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, a revived swimming pool, and a fabulous greenhouse at the center.
