Throughout the seven half-hour episodes, Sabin hits the coasts of California and the Carolinas, the sands of New England, and south Florida, and the shores of the Gulf Coast and Lake Michigan in search of the most memorable and mouthwatering meals.

Burgers, Beaches...Bananas!
Sabin Lomac is searching out the country's most decadent and delicious eats by the seaside. First he lands at Lulu's, a "high class dive" in Gulf Shores run by Jimmy Buffet's sister Lucy, for a Fried Green Tomato Pimento Cheese burger and Lulu's Gumbo. Next, Sabin hops on a golf cart and heads straight for Lucy Bell's on South Carolina's Dafuskie Island, where he tries their famous deviled blue crab and show-stopping Southern fried chicken. From there, Sabin goes to Cali for a hot seven-salsa Bombero Dog from Barrio Dogg in San Diego. His last stop is Sugar 'n Spice on Balboa Island, Calif., where the frozen banana has been king since 1945. Sabin tries out the standard chocolate dipped with rainbow sprinkles and the famous PB&J frozen bananas before he creates his own. (listed as S01E02)
California Dreamin and Southern Swagger
Lobster roll expert Sabin Lomac is searching for delicious seaside fare from all over the country. At the Old 27 Grill in Fairhope, Ala., he goes all in for the Holy Cow Burger with creamy au poivre sauce, and he can't leave without trying Bill-E's Chocolate Belly, a mix of chocolate brownie and smoked pork belly with a brown sugar-bourbon glaze. In Key West, he finds Salute on the Beach, a beachfront restaurant serving fresh-daily Yellowtail Snapper Alfredo and a light grouper cake with a few surprises. Then at California's Del Mar State Beach, he tries a West Coast twist on clam chowder with crunchy chicharones at Tackle Box. Finally, in Wynwood, Fla., Sabin checks out Caja Caliente, a Cuban oasis serving Vaca Frita Tacos and a Lechon Pulled Pork Sandwich with a fried egg on top. From Boardwalk Barbecue to Lazy Man Lobster
Host Sabin Lomac heads to a bar on Long Island, NY where drinks are served beachside. As boats pull right up to the bar, he digs in to a crab cake- bacon grilled cheese sandwich, filled with ooey-gooey yumminess! Then it's off to Seaside Heights, N.J, where the talk of the town is a barbecued pulled pork sandwich called 'The Fat Dom." In Milwaukee, Sabin visits a staple of Lake Michigan summers for thier famous Quad burger with four patties and locally sourced cheese, served with cheese curds and custard for a true "dairy state" experience. Sabin Lomac is in lobster heaven in Rockport Mass. at a seaside shack that has been open since 1918, for a lobster roll and seafood as fresh as you can get. (Listed as S01E01)
Let the Good Times Roll
Lobster roll expert Sabin Lomac starts his hunt for delicious eats by the seaside in Traverse City, Michigan, where Sparks BBQ is famous for a "sundae" with pulled pork as the ice cream, coleslaw as the topping and beef jerky as the cherry on top. Then Sabin heads to Hudson's Seafood House on the Docks in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, for an Oyster Po' Boy made with oysters harvested 200 yards from the scenic back deck. In New Orleans, he stops at Elizabeth's Restaurant for the French Toast Burrito with Praline Bacon and the Soft Shell Crab and Eggs with cheese grits. Finally, Sabin returns to his home state of Maine for a stop at The Shack in Old Orchard Beach, where the Crispy Lobster Roll with Brown Butter Hollandaise impresses even a lobster purist like Sabin, and the whopping two-foot-long Down-Easter Lobster Roll keeps the crowds clamoring for more. From Maine to Miami
Lobster roll expert Sabin Lomac heads to Manchac, La., to try the Thin-Fried Catfish, Hush Puppies and Alligator Sliders that draw crowds all the way from New Orleans and Baton Rouge to Middendorf's. In Grand Haven, Mich., he sets his eyes on poppin' summertime joint the Toasted Pickle's classic, messy sandwich called the Nashville Hottie and their slightly less-messy but equally fun Green Goddess Grilled Cheese with a light pesto sauce. In his hometown of Scarborough, Maine, Sabin goes to The Garage BBQ where they're mashing up summer favorites into perfect barbecue dishes from their Pork Belly Lobster BLT to their famous BBQ Chicken with a side of Lobster Frites. Finally, Sabin cools things down in Miami, Fla., at Lulu's Nitrogen Ice Cream where he indulges in Goat Cheese and Guava Ice Cream served in a warm made-to-order waffle cone and a Key Lime Pie Milkshake that tastes just like the real thing. Michigan Favorites and California's Famous Tacos
Sabin Lomac starts this trip in the historic Fishtown district of Leland, Mich., where he roughs it at the Cove with their summer-fresh Campfire Whitefish and perfect Michigan Cherry Pie that has a secret in ingredient. In Bluffton, S.C., Sabin heads to Bluffton BBQ -- a charming counter-serve spot cueing up slow-cooked, fall-off-the-bone BBQ Ribs and a juicy, perfectly smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich that steals more from Kansas City than South Carolina. In Ventura, Calif., Sabin heads to Beach House Tacos to check out their deep-fried Calamari Tacos and their summer staple Beach Corn. Finally, in Portland, Maine, Sabin hits up the quirky go-big-or-go-home spot Silly's where he has a go at the Greek Havoc -- a lamb and pork burger topped with a creamy dill and cucumber sauce that transports you to the Greek Islands -- before indulging in their seven-layer Maine Blueberry Cake. Endless Summer
Sabin Lomac heads to Calabash, N.C., for a Calabash Stew with fresh seafood and a one-two punch of sausage and deep-fried corn at Waterfront Seafood Shack. In Miami, Fla., he finds a hidden gem at Moreno's Cuba in South Beach, famous for their traditional Lechon served with rice and beans and their nontraditional Ropa Vieja Empanada. Next, Sabin heads to Traverse City, Mich., where artisan sausage joint Wren the Butcher is serving up scratch-made Farmhouse Sausage that uses pickled veggies in a play on sausage and peppers. Their Poutine is a Canadian classic reimagined for an ooey-gooey flavor explosion. Finally, back in Scarborough, Maine, Sabin relives his childhood at Salty Bay where he can once again get his hands on their famous Clam Cakes and Fish Bits that are a quintessential Maine combo. The show's formula adheres to a classic cinéma vérité ethos. With no narration or scripted dialog, it depends entirely on the commentary of the officers and on the actions of the people with whom they come into contact.
Highway Thru Hell
Highway Thru Hell focuses on a team of drivers who work for Jamie Davis, along with several other heavy recovery operations fighting to keep the roads open in some of the most dangerous working conditions ever seen on TV. The Coquihalla and nearby highways through BC's Cascade Mountains have some of the most difficult and fast changing road conditions anywhere. When it's snowing hard up top on the summit of ‘The Coq', 1200 metres below its pounding rain in The Fraser Valley. Add to that, Canada's busiest trucking route to the West Coast, Highway 1 (Trans Canada Hwy), and you have the ‘Bermuda Triangle' of trucking. Police and highway maintenance crews depend on Highway Thru Hell's heavy rescue operators to respond at a moment's notice in the worst conditions. In between the winter storms, the teams ‘off road' skills are put to the test. The rugged terrain near Hope, British Columbia dishes out some of the most unique and challenging recovery jobs over steep cliffs, down deep ravines and even in bodies of water. Highway Thru Hell is ultimately a series about man versus Mother Nature and the toughest men in the towing business being pushed to their breaking point. The stakes are high - lives, the economy and thousands of jobs depend on the highways staying open, and the last line of defense is Heavy Rescue.
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert
Stephen Colbert brings his signature satire and comedy to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, the #1 show in late-night. Featuring bandleader Jon Batiste with his band Stay Human, the Emmy Award-nominated show broadcasts from the historic Ed Sullivan Theater. He talks with an eclectic mix of guests about what is new and relevant in the worlds of politics, entertainment, business, music, technology, and more. Stephen Colbert took over as host, executive producer, and writer of The Late Show on Sept. 8, 2015.
Colbert is best known for his work as a television host, writer, actor, and producer, and lest known for his charity work teaching English as a second language on Tunisian date farms. Before joining the CBS family -- and being officially adopted by network president Les Moonves -- Colbert helmed The Colbert Report, which aired nearly 1,500 episodes and required Stephen to wear nearly 1,500 different neckties. The program received two Peabody Awards, two Grammy Awards, and several unwelcome shoulder massages. It won two Emmys for Outstanding Variety Series in 2013 and 2014, both of which appear to have been lost in the move. Colbert is pronounced koʊlˈbɛər, according to Wikipedia. His understudy is William Cavanaugh, who will be hosting The Late Show approximately one-third of the time. Good luck, Bill!
Would I Lie to You?
A comedic panel show featuring team captains Lee Mack and David Mitchell plus two guests per side, hosted by Rob Brydon (formerly Angus Deayton). Each person must reveal embarrassing facts and outrageous lies during a series of different rounds including "Ring of Truth", "This is My..." and "Quickfire Lies". It is up to the opposing team to tell tall tales from fantastic facts.
