Episode 1
In the first episode, examiner Wayne has the task of taking 27-year-old Shaunna from Hull through the driving test, which will be her 12th attempt at passing. In Cardiff, Drew is desperate to pass, if only to stop the arguments with his partner Karl, who's been teaching him to drive.

Episode 2
In episode 2, 56-year-old Julie is desperate to pass on her third attempt, even though she hasn't driven in more than 24 years, and make-up artist Bradley serenades his driving examiner.
While in Hull, fiercely competitive dad and daughter duo Rich and Yalana have their test on the same day, but who will triumph?

Episode 3
Tonight, Grandmother Wendy is confident she is going to pass, but is barely in the driving seat before nerves take over.
Shaunna is back with a new secret weapon and determined it is going to be 13th time lucky.
While 17-year-old boy racer Callum reckons he is more than test-ready. His mum is not so sure though.

Episode 4
Mollie finds out if she is finally test-ready after 16 years of learning and more than 250 lessons. Hull mum Cheryl is so eager to drive she has already bought a campervan, while 17-year-old boy racer Callum is back behind the wheel with his long-suffering mum, hoping it will be second time lucky.

Episode 5
Seventeen-year-old Thea already has a car sitting at home and is desperate to pass - if she stops talking long enough to listen to her examiner. Also, Mollie and Cheryl are back, hoping to improve on their catastrophic last tests. For Mollie, it would be the end of 16 years of trying - and failing - to get on the road.

Episode 6
Seventeen-year-old Bethany is barely out of the test centre before getting into a game of chicken. Meanwhile, Drew and Julie are back and eager to improve on their catastrophic first tests, while in Blackpool, retired policeman Philip is hoping a pass will finally stop his wife telling him how to drive.

The Ark
