The Fallout from the EU Referendum

Clive Mason introduces an investigation into the implications of the recent European Union referendum result for the UK's deaf community. With the majority of people voting to leave the European Union, what impact will Brexit have on deaf and hard-of-hearing people? While the government tries to work out the next steps, the deaf community finds itself in conflict, with emotions running high on both sides. Why has this issue divided deaf people so strongly? With the Edinburgh Fringe in full swing this month, we preview the Deaf And Hearing Ensemble's latest play, People of the Eye.
