Malcolm and Megan are ready to start a family and need to find a bigger house. Megan also spends four hours commuting to work every day so she's desperate to find something closer to her office. However, their small house has been on the market for months without any offers. Real estate and design expert, Roger Hazard, has to come up with a plan to get this house sold. He'll need our builder, Charlie Frattini, to do some serious demolition to open the small space up, and all his design know-how to turn this house from dated to sophisticated in just four days.

Kathy and Frank are looking to downsize now that their kids are grown up and out of the house. Unfortunately, they have to get their home sold first. Six houses in the neighborhood have sold in just the last month, but Kathy and Frank's house has been on the market for over a year without an offer! It's up to our design expert, Roger Hazard, to come up with a plan to get this house sold. Our builder, Charlie Frattini, has his hands full tearing out dated paneling, faux flooring and drop ceilings in every single room. With problems around every corner will we be able to make our deadline and get this house sold?

Cameron and Christina are ready to move out of their starter home and start a family. The problem is, buyers are just not interested in their home. It's outdated, has a confusing floor plan, and there's a refrigerator in the entry! Design and Real Estate expert Roger Hazard has just the design plan to turn this house around: House Boat? Cameron and Christina aren't totally sold on his some of his designs. Rubber flooring and wood planked walls and ceiling. At least builder Charlie Frattini is on board with Roger's crazy ideas. She's had the house on the market for a year, but hasn't had a single offer despite its desirable location just blocks from the beach. She is desperate to move out and move on with her life. Design expert, Roger Hazard, has a plan to get Darlene's house sold. We'll gut the greasy kitchen, open up the cramped living room and entry, and break off the unsightly burglar bars on her windows that have sent potential buyers driving for the hills. In just four days, we hope to turn Darlene's home into the perfect beach bungalow and send her off into the sunset.

Annette has already lowered the asking price on her three-bedroom house by $10,000 and she's about to lower it again. Annette has two daughters in college and dreams of traveling. But with the value of her home sinking every day, it's looking more and more like Annette's going to need to get a second job. Her house is outdated and has no color; she desperately needs a redesign. Design and real estate expert Roger Hazard has the changes this home needs to be competitive in this tough market. A new kitchen and a new a new layout will get this home sold fast. Our builder Charlie Frattini has his work cut out for him as Roger has designs on building custom shelving for this place. Fortunately, Charlie has great helpers to get this job done: Tanya Memme, our home owner Annette, and her boyfriend Ron.

But, their small, mid-century house is struggling to compete in Austin's strong housing market. Several houses in their neighborhood have sold in just the last month, but their place hasn't generated any buyer interest whatsoever. Design expert, Roger Hazard, has to come up with a plan to get this house sold. His first priority is taming the cartoonish colors that are scaring potential buyers off. And, our builder, Charlie Frattini, has his hands full with a demolition project that takes the kitchen all the way down to the studs. With only four days to complete a makeover that would normally take close to a month, this project goes down to the wire.
