After several other agents have failed, Kennon Earl is called in to move a property that's been struggling on the market. If he can expertly negotiate a $300K price reduction, he knows he'll be able to move the historic Hollywood haven. Meanwhile, agent Vanessa Fitzgerald is about to take on the biggest listing of her career: a famous $8M property, once owned by Ringo Starr, that her client wants to lease out.
