Agent Dominique Jeramaz is asked to list an $8.3-million Malibu home. She's never sold in the area, but if Dominique can find a buyer, she'll earn a $415,000 commission. On the other hand, if she drops the ball, her reputation will take a major hit in one of the most elite real estate communities in L.A. Meanwhile, an oil tycoon turns to agent Victor Kaminoff when he decides he needs out of his $45K-a-month rental to buy into a Malibu property. If successful, Victor could walk away with a $500K commission. If he fails, Victor will lose a long-term client who keeps bringing him high-end deals.
