South Bay agent Pam Smith gets down to dollars and cents, negotiating multiple deals to quickly sell her developer-client's property so he can move on to his next project. And agent Leslie Rae Bega has an uphill battle in front of her. Her client has an emotional attachment to his dream home, and she'll have to bring in top dollar in order to convince him to sell.

Big vs. Small
Keller Williams agent, Steven Aaron, helps his friends downsize and sell their property to be able to move to their dream home in Sonoma County. Hilton Hyland agent Rodrigo Iglesias is challenged to sell the largest residential property in Orange County. If he can market to the right buyers, he'll sell the dream ranch and make a $645,000 commission.

Agent Jason Oppenheim needs to find his clients the perfect property for the right price, while Kennon Earl's new client is more concerned with finding a property in the right location. Both will face challenges finding the right balance for their clients.
