The Home Minister orders to hunt down Baali after he threatens him. Back in the past, a cop sexually exploits Baali's mother, Savitri. But what happens when he eyes Baali's sister?
Lal Salam
To arrange money for his sister's marriage, Baali agrees to work for a corrupt jeweler and ends up in trouble. While escaping the cops, he meets Kalavathi, a Naxal sympathizer.
Kingdom of Shaitans
An ex-Naxal, Obuleshu, plans a murder inside the jail. Baali offers to do the job to impress Naxal leader Sambanna, who then appoints him to kill a new Greyhound officer, Vijay Kumar.
Counter - Encounter
Baali, Kalavathi and Naxal leader Sujatha eliminate Vijay Kumar. His successor, Nagi Reddy, plans to avenge his death, which proves costly for the Naxals.
Proof of Death
As Nagi Reddy continues to arrest Vijay Kumar's killers, Baali surrenders. Ranganna does the unthinkable, beginning a vicious cycle of murder and revenge among the Naxals.
