With mentorship and a potentially life-changing investment on the line, the Investors battle over which founder they want to work alongside to build their business into a multi-million dollar brand.

The Hustle Is Real
Investors Emma Grede and Ashley Graham dig deeper into the Hustlers' businesses and set up benchmarks for each female founder to hit on their journey to turn their side hustle into their main hustle. Ashley and Emma make shocking discoveries that cause them to doubt the potential for future investments and lead them to question their commitment to mentorship for some of their Hustlers.

Customers & Content
The Side Hustlers continue to grow under the mentorship of Investors Emma Grede and Ashley Graham. Tasked with hitting the streets of Los Angeles to learn about their brands through the eyes of their potential customers, some of the founders impress their mentors with their progress while others begin to crack under the pressure of potentially earning investment. A frustrated Investor no longer sees potential success in her Hustler and emotionally ends their mentorship.

Marketing Mania
With the Final Pitches around the corner, Investors Ashley Graham and Emma Grede challenge their Side Hustlers to host a marketing event to promote their businesses and themselves as entrepreneurs, hoping to better understand each founders' potential for growth. Some Side Hustlers exceed their mentor's expectations and prove to be making profitable strides during this process, while others miss the mark, leaving their mentors questioning the possibility of future investment.

The Final Pitch
After weeks of hard work and mentorship, and with a potential life-changing investment on the line, the Hustlers present their Final Pitches in hopes of proving to their mentors Ashley Graham and Emma Grede that they are ready to take their businesses to the next level. Some Hustlers will go home empty handed while others will secure investments and achieve their dreams of turning their Side Hustle into their Main Hustle.
