Inspired by the TV movie "The Last Electric Knight". Sergeant Jake Rizzo is a slob of a guy, single; a dedicated cop happily reveled in his narrow, disorderly life until this dying, mystical oriental man, Sabasan, across the street spots him in the window and decides Jake's the perfect dude to become guardian of his 10-year-old grandson Ernie once Grandpa kicks the bucket. Speaking of kicking, Ernie has been taught by Grandpa to be a martial arts whiz and also to tap into the universe's special force.
