Yağmur is caught off-guard by Akgün's marriage proposal. Akgun explains that he cannot just ask the prosecutor to let him go out with his daughter but he can certainly show his seriousness about the relationship by asking for her hand. Although Yağmur is worried about her parents' reaction, she does not want to disappoint Akgün either. Although she herself is not convinced about the idea of marriage, she lets Akgün go ahead with his plan. Akgün hates having to lie to Selim about his relationship with Yağmur so he wants to ask for her hand and get it over with. Canan is in a difficult situation because of the photos sent by Halil Sadi. If the photos are leaked, her reputation as a lawyer will suffer greatly. Halil Sadi will do everything in his power to prevent Selim from getting useful evidence from Cemal. Selim does not want to endanger Canan and for the first time decides to bow down to Halil Sadi's threats. However, Canan is very angry that she is being used in this manner and asks Selim not to yield. Meanwhile, the investigator assigned to Selim arrives. The investigator, who has clear prejudices against Selim, thinks that Canan also had a hand in the incident. While Selim and Canan try to fend off their troubles, they come face to face with Akgün and Yağmur's marriage idea.
