The Paine Family
Stacey challenges members of the Paine family to declutter their home in seven days. In order to do this, they have to let go of half their possessions so that they can then reorganise their property. There are emotional moments as single mother Steph and her three daughters go through their most treasured items, and make some difficult decisions about what to let go of from their past. The items they do decide to let go of will be put into piles to recycle, donate or sell. Plus, tidying and upcycling tips from carpenter Robert Bent, organiser Dilly Carter and cleaner Iwan Carrington.
The Patel Family
Stacey encourages members of the Patel family to tidy their immediate environment, as mum Bijal, dad Darshan and their two children move all their possessions into a warehouse, where they are encouraged to recycle, donate and sell items. There are emotional moments as the quartet go through their most treasured items. Bijal and Darshan struggle to part with their possessions, but really want to create an environment free of the chaos for their son, who finds it hard to concentrate in the clutter. As usual, home improvement gurus Dilly Carter, Iwan Carrington and Robert Bent offer tidying and upcycling tips.
The Bradshaw Family
Retired electrician Wayne Bradshaw is a car boot sale enthusiast. His craft-loving wife Sue emotionally reveals that her son Alex is too embarrassed to bring people home to the clutter. Stacey gathers up all their possessions, leading to Sue and Wayne struggling to let go of over 30 years' worth of stuff. Carpenter Rob breathes new life into the family's home by rejigging the kitchen layout and upcycling old but much-loved items. Iwan gives the home a supersized spring clean and organizer Dilly shows the best way to sort out wardrobes.
The Dowling Family
Stacey and her team help Cherelle and Tony Dowling transform their chaotic two-bedroom home through a radical space-saving reorganisation. With a lost engagement ring somewhere in the house and all their time taken up with tidying away the toys of their four children under four, the clutter is causing chaos. Carpenter Iwan Carrington gives the home a supersized spring clean, Robert Bent radically reconfigures the bedrooms to create maximum space, while Dilly Carter reveals the best way to sort out kids' rooms and kitchen cupboards.
The Lespeare Family
Having once run an organised home, Kirsty Lespeare suffered an accident that left her with limited mobility, meaning she struggles to keep on top of day-to-day chores. She, partner Taurean and their four children want Stacey, and team members Dilly Carter, Iwan Carrington and Robert Bent to find storage solutions for their rented home, that won't damage the property and will help give Kirsty her independence back. There are emotional moments as Kirsty tries to let go of clothes that hold memories from before the accident, and Taurean starts to face the part he's played in the build-up of the clutter.
The Waller Family
Dan and Kelly Waller cleared a packed garage to create an annex for grandparents to live, but as a result the clutter that was there has now taken over the rest of the house. With Stacey's help, the family starts packing all its possessions into boxes and those are later laid out in a giant warehouse like an art installation of their entire lives. Back at the house, carpenter Robert Bent creates a multi-purpose spare room and transforms the office into a workspace of dreams, cleaner Iwan Carrington gives the home a supersize spring clean, while organiser Dilly Carter reveals the best way to organise paperwork.
