Season 1
The only place where two poor teenagers can relax is the amusement park under the starry night sky. Hanjun originally thought he was the only one looking up at the stars there, unaware that there were others in the same space. Hanjun greeted him, and the other child responded with a "hello." Under the star-filled night sky, the two lonely and impoverished teenagers, Hanjun and Yujae, met like this. After Hanjun and Yujae first met in junior high school, they both entered the same high school and were striving to get into the same university. With the charming Yoon Chaeyoung, the cautious Park Junghwan, and Lee Ingyu, who was fully devoted to studying. They spent intense daily lives together as high school seniors. But Hanjun always felt that he had the most fun and happiness when he was with Yujae. Therefore, one day Hanjun realized that the feelings in his heart were more than just friendship, but something else... One day, Yoon Chaeyoung, who had been secretly in love with Yujae, decided to confess. Hanjun became confused upon hearing this news. Realizing his true feelings, Hanjun decided to sort out his own emotions... For one teenager, it was a unique friendship, but for the other teenager, it was a unique love. Like shining stars, their youth story unfolds from here...

Episode 1
Yoo Jae and Han Joon share the same class and study together, fostering a close bond in their relationship.

Episode 2
Han Joon becomes jealous as he observes Yoo Jae taking the initiative to care for Chae Young, while Yoo Jae grows increasingly concerned about Han Joon's friendship with Jin Hwan.

Episode 3
Yoo Jae, out of concern for Han Joon's family situation, decides to hide something from his friend. However, Han Joon eventually discovers the deception and feels deeply hurt by it.

Episode 4
Yoo Jae, unintentionally misinterpreting Han Joon's thoughtful actions, misunderstands his friend's true intentions, unaware of the deep emotions that lie within Han Joon.

Episode 5
After their fight, Yoo Jae and Han Joon lose contact with each other. However, a year later they see each other again at a college reunion.

Episode 6
Han Joon's senior is particularly considerate about him which makes Yoo Jae jealous, and the two of them have an argument about it.

Episode 7
Han Joon's deliberate distancing makes Yoo Jae decide to find him out and clear things up, and Yoo Jae proposes an idea.

Episode 8
The original plan was to celebrate their anniversary at a restaurant, but when Han Joon temporarily goes missing, will Yoo Jae be able to find him again?

Facing the prospect of being married off and living a life of servitude, they will be forced to search for allies, both new and old, to help in their fight for freedom and the life they deserve.

The Rookie
The Rookie is inspired by a true story. John Nolan is the oldest rookie in the LAPD.
