Season 1
Baek Seung Soo is the newly hired general manager of a struggling minor league baseball team called Dreams, which ranks bottom of the league. Lee Se Young is the loyal and dedicated operations manager of the team. Together, they must find a way to turnaround the team's fortunes.

Seung Soo's sudden decision to trade Im Dong Gyu, the Dreams' top player, appalls the organization and enrages the athlete himself.

Episode 3
Questioning a draft pick made a year prior, Seung Soo investigates by heading out to meet Yang Won Sub, a member of the scouting team.

Episode 4
As Seung Soo puts Won Sub and Go Se Hyuk on trial for their scouting practices, a surprise visitor surfaces at the Dreams office.

Episode 5
While recruiting a talented pitcher in California, an unexpected turn of events leads Seung Soo, Se Young and Han Jae Hee to change course.

Episode 6
When a position in the strategy and analysis division opens up, Baek Young Soo applies for the job without telling his brother first.

As they head into players' salary negotiations, Seung Soo and the management are handed a steep budget cut. A familiar face returns with a mission.

To wrap up salary negotiations, Seung Soo, Se Young and Jae Hee get creative. Meanwhile, Jang Jin Woo deliberates on his future with the Dreams.

Seung Soo is removed from his post. Named interim general manager, Se Young tackles false rumors about him and works to bring him back.

Episode 10
When Seung Soo allows the coaches to go against off-season rules and host practice sessions, the Dreams draw fire from the players association.

Episode 11
The team is thrown another curveball, this time denied from spring training abroad. Seeking an alternative, Seung Soo looks to the Dreams' past.

Episode 12
Tensions run high as the Dreams face off against Dong Gyu and the Vikings in a practice game. Yoo Min Ho struggles with a case of the yips.

Episode 13
When a steroid scandal sweeps across the league, certain players — including Dong Gyu and Kang Doo Gi — come under intense scrutiny.

Episode 14
The Dreams gear up for another major trade, but Seung Soo must first persuade the general manager of the Vikings to take the deal.

Episode 15
Kwon Kyung Min deals the heaviest blow yet to the Dreams' chances at a triumphant season. Seung Soo doesn't back down without a fight.

Episode 16
The Dreams are being disbanded. To save it, Seung Soo asks Kyung Min to give him a week to find a company to buy the team.
