The couple are major BBQ enthusiasts so outside space, big enough to sizzle a serious amount of sausages, is at the top of their wish list. With a maximum budget of 100,000 euros Casas Manuel show them three properties that will hopefully fit the brief. 150 miles down the coast in Almeria, art consultant Amy has presented Spanish Property Choice with an extensive list of requirements for her new holiday home in the sun. With 'modern' and 'quirky' absolute must haves and 'arches' and 'chintzy' a big no, Sharon and Steve are tested to the limit.
