With sub-zero temperatures across most of the country, drivers of electric vehicles are growing frustrated over the flaws of lithium batteries that struggle to hold a charge. Now Ford is reducing production of electric vehicles, signaling a slowdown in the race toward an electric future. NBC's Adrienne Broaddus reports in this week's Sunday Focus.
