Arjun has to perform an operation on a patient who is friends with Salmah, but he proves to be extremely difficult to handle. Bhaskar helps out, but it backfires badly when Arjun thinks that Bhaskar is undermining him. Michael is stunned to find out that Mark and Randall have pushed Lauren into trying those ADHD pills before, while Li Yan and the other members of the Tanglin Ladies Circle agree to form an exercise group and keep fit. A worried Diana, meanwhile, thinks that Jay left because of her. She tries her best to hide her guilt.
