Misunderstanding between the siblings as Melissa thinks that Michael's poor A-Level result is the main cause of the constant argument between Xue Ling and Adam, but Michael thinks it is her eating disorder that started it all. With fear that Wafiq could actually send her to live with her mother Yasmine and her new husband, Kalila tries to get into Wafiq's good books by being the good and obedient daughter. Over at the Lims, Kwong San and Bee Li are not happy that Adam and Melissa are staying with the Tongs. They want Xue Ling to get them to come back home. Xue Ling manages to convince Melissa but Adam is adamant to stay put.
