The life story of Khalid ibn al-Walid, one of the greatest commanders in history, is told along with details of his participation in the events of the Battle of Uhud.

After an emissary of Muhammed on his way to Bosra is executed on orders of Ghassanid official Shurahbil ibn Amr, Muhammed dispatches his troops.  This would ultimately result in the Battle of Mu'tah.  

The Khwarezmshahs and the Mongols, find themselves in a struggle for dominance at the beginning of the 1200s. Although Celaleddin does everything to warn his father, he would not be able to stop the Mongol invasion.

Celaleddin Harezmsah takes the throne of his occupied country after his father's unexpected illness. Even though his means are limited, he starts an epic resistance against Genghis Khan and the Mongols. 

Nearly half a century had passed since the rise of the Crusaders, and life had turned into a harsh struggle for the Muslims dispersed in the region. Nureddin Zengi would fight alongside his father to stop this invasion and ensure that Urfa, which had been in the hands of the Crusaders for 50 years, would become a Muslim homeland again.

After Nureddin Zengi managed to stop the 2nd Crusade, he would also win the battle of Inab, which destroyed the County of Antakya, and would prepare the necessary environment for the conquest of Jerusalem.

Baybars, captured by the Mongols in the Crimea region, is sold as a slave and sent to the Mamluk barracks to be trained as a soldier. Baybars will either rebel against this task imposed on him or accept to grow up as a Mamluk.

Subutay, who managed to become a commander in the Mongolian army, would turn into one of Genghis Khan's most trusted men and would go on a Russian expedition to overcome another difficult task.

The next target of Subutai and Jebe, who defeated the Kipchak and Alan Kingdoms, would be Russia. The war on the banks of the Kalka River would determine who would be the ruler of Russia.
