The Beachbody Crash Course
The fitness trainers run an obstacle course during which they are judged on endurance, form and speed; the trainers begin creating their own 20-minute workouts; the women spring a surprise on the men; romance blossoms.

Mind Your Beats and Cues
Surprise guests teach the trainers how to lead a live class, focusing on choreography, musicality and cuing; a shocking announcement puts everyone on edge.

Team Tactics
The trainers are divided into teams and judged on performance, personality and presentation during a challenge; the stakes are high as the winning team's workout will be featured on Beachbody On Demand.

Trainer vs. Super Trainers
The trainers head to Beachbody Headquarters in Santa Monica, Calif., to train with the legendary Super Trainers they idolize; each trainer must lead a crowd in an original workout; things heat up between two contestants.

The Elevator to Success
The trainers are asked to give an elevator pitch in an elevator, and a surprise guest judges their very different approaches.

Lights. Camera. Action.
Dan Cortese tells the group there will be no more challenges or ranking ceremonies; instead, the trainers must now focus on creating, casting and shooting workout videos; a director and fitness technicians provide feedback during rehearsals.

Exposed
As the rehearsals and video shoots continue, the trainers are judged for everything they do both on and off the camera; the trainers head back to the Hot House and open up about their motivations.

Time to Shine
The last few trainers rehearse for their videos; a modifier may be sabotaging a trainer's success; on the verge of tears, a trainer strives to pull it together before filming; Dan Cortese reveals a shocking surprise.

Final Pitch
The top three trainers are chosen after making a pitch to a secret panel of judges.
