Olympians and psychologists discuss the challenges in retiring from competition. Stéphane Grenier spent 10 months in Rwanda during the civil war in 1994. He then spent 10 more years haunted by his experience, and confronting the military's mental health system. He eventually created his own program of peer support to address what he considered outmoded treatments. Grenier joins The Agenda to discuss his candid memoir, "After the War: Surviving PTSD and Changing Mental Health Culture."
