Susan Calman hosts the quiz show where being in control is everything. Who will emerge as the Boss and walk away with the cash? Only the strongest players will survive the game.

In each episode, one contestant becomes The Boss and must decide which of the other five is best suited to answer a mixture of questions, identifying each's strengths and weaknesses.

To win the cash prize, The Boss must remain in power. At the end of every round, the other contestants can choose to challenge them in a head-to-head battle that will see one eliminated.
