Episode 1
Dan spends the night in a cell and is questioned by the Gardai on suspicion of the murder of Niall Boylan. Dan is released without charge only to be confronted by Niall's brother Derek, who is convinced Dan murdered his brother.

Episode 2
With his Medical Council Enquiry looming, Dan's confidence takes a further knock at the hands of his peers at St. Matthews. Determined to move away from the aesthetics side of plastic surgery, Dan invests his own money to secure a high profile operation for an African aid charity, Geal. Ruairí's dad Franny goes to see Patrick and he encourages him to enjoy his last few months by coming up with a bucket list. Dave blackmails Lorcan.

Episode 3
Dan faces the Medical Council for his hearing and Alice is upset when she finds Dan has turned to Daisy for support. Dan blackmails Lorcan to be on his side when he is called to testify but will Lorcan comply? Meanwhile, Ruairi helps his dad build a sun-deck for his mother but Franny's condition gets progressively worse but does not tell Ruairi.

Episode 4
Franny collapses, prompting Ruairi to move back home. Grace informs Franny that his tumor has unexpectedly grown leaving him only weeks to live, so he asks Grace for morphine to ease his symptoms so he doesn't have to place the burden of his care on his wife and son. Madison develops a crush on Fergus. Dave continues to use his knowledge of Lorcan's HIV status to get preferential treatment.

Episode 5
Having had his advances turned down by Daisy and having broken up with Alice, Dan turns to gambling and meets the mysterious Lucille. Ruairi and Daisy become closer as they paint the clinic's conservatory. Lorcan looks for Annie when she goes to score Methodone for Dave. Meanwhile, new doctor Dr. Edel Swift has major plans for the clinic.

Episode 6
It is Dr. Edel Swift's first day at Clarence Street and her minor injuries clinic proves a huge success with patients attending in their droves. Lorcan finds out that Annie has tested positive for HIV and Dave continues to blackmail him because of it.

Episode 7
When a caller asks Clodagh on her live radio show if it's true that a doctor in the clinic has infected a patient with HIV, everybody has to deal with the fallout from the news getting out. Daisy and Dan discuss how best to proceed with this potentially disastrous publicity.

Episode 8
It's Dan's last day at the Clarence Street Clinic and on his way out, Diarmuid and Lucille arrive at his surgery and demand that he treat a bullet wound that she has received. As events progress, Diarmuid takes the clinic staff hostage and matters only get worse from there.
